"There?" is a safety tool designed to assist in monitoring wellbeing. However, it is not a replacement for professional emergency services (911/999). We are not liable for any failure of the app to send alerts due to network issues, battery failure, or other technical limitations.
You are responsible for ensuring your device is charged and has internet connectivity. You are also responsible for verifying that your emergency contact's email address is correct and that they have agreed to receive alerts from you.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
